Subject: [PATCH] Darken the article-layout demo boxes to pass text contrast

White on $gray-500 (#adb5bd) is 2.07:1. $gray-600 (#6c757d) gives 4.69:1.
Only docs/authoring/article-layout.qmd uses .layout-example.
