This issue is an abstract of an entire subsystem. There must be created admin page for Support Role to execute some tasks:

1. Search User By Email and get full detail
   Register Data
   Groups
   UserInteraction
   PaymentHistory

2. Expose interface to alter Attendant alter user password, logging who made this operation on a specific table for all actions.

3. Implement payment chargeback, Login this action

OBS: Logging que be implemented using generic relationship or maybe only a text informing the operation type and its details
