Tracking issue for 3.14 support

but the supporting release has not happened yet.
This issue is so that anyone, like me, who wants to track it can do so.

I'm trying to get rid of from __future__ import annotations in my project, but I'm missing pluggy support, which has been implemented in #629 as mentioned by @The-Compiler.

How can I help you to get a new pluggy release in order to unblock the situation ? 🙂
