Status of the project and support of Python 3.11+

Hi,

While Guix migrating from Python 3.11 -> 3.12 we check all dependent packages in our collection to be compatible and still buildable with Python 3.12.

Is this project still maintained and is there any plan to support Python 3.12 and Pytest?
