It would be helpful to have a workflow template resource that defines a reusable list of tasks, so that new workflows can be created from a template rather than being assembled from scratch each time. Users would define a template once (with its task steps, parameters, etc.) and then instantiate workflows from it, optionally overriding fields. This would make it much easier to standardize and spin up new workflows for common patterns.
