GHCR image visibility is misconfigured

When using the sample manifest to create a deployment the following error is observed:

ImagePullBackOff (Back-off pulling image "ghcr.io/kflashback/kflashback": ErrImagePull: failed to pull and unpack image "ghcr.io/kflashback/kflashback:latest": failed to resolve reference "ghcr.io/kflashback/kflashback:latest": failed to authorize: failed to fetch anonymous token: unexpected status from GET request to https://ghcr.io/token?scope=repository%3Akflashback%2Fkflashback%3Apull&service=ghcr.io: 403 Forbidden)

Can you verify the image is not set to private? Or is there no published image and we're meant to build it locally with make docker-build?

Good catch! There's no published image yet, we haven't cut a release tag, so the release workflow has never pushed an image. The ghcr.io/kflashback/kflashback:latest in the deployment manifest is a placeholder.

For now, you can build and load the image locally:

make docker-build IMG=ghcr.io/prashanthjos/kflashback:latest

Then load it into your cluster (e.g. for kind: kind load docker-image ghcr.io/prashanthjos/kflashback:latest).

I'll update the manifest to reference the correct image path and add a note in the README. Once we cut v0.1.0, the release workflow will publish the image to ghcr.io/prashanthjos/kflashback automatically. I am waiting for early comments, before I release the first version.
