From 4027e9c86337357b36c923fc77c6df472c5bca1f Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Michael Ramos Date: Thu, 24 Sep 2026 07:49:53 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] Release version 0.1.2 Patch release carrying the Windows publication fix from #73: the directory durability barrier is skipped on win32, where no POSIX directory fsync equivalent exists, so uploads no longer fail with EPERM.
