SQL error: 'Field 'path' doesn't have a default value' OR 'Field 'forward_url' doesn't have a default value'

I've installed the extension (v1.3.1) on my Typo3 (v8.7.8, PHP v7.1.12, MySQL v5.6.38). However I cannot create any record because :

• When "Redirect to" is "Internal Page", on save I have the SQL error 'path' doesn't have a default value'
• When selecting something else for "Redirect to" is , I have 'Field 'forward_url' doesn't have a default value'

I think a default value should be set for 'path' and 'forward_url' because their visibility depends on the value of "Redirect to".
