Possible to make elements unselectable?

Hi,

I am using dualListBox for a language select and I would like it to be impossible to remove English from the selected box.

Is there any way to do this? Like a callback when something is selected where I could check the value and cancel the selection ? or a 'readonly' option for individual values?

currently this is not supported, but could be added as a feature.
One way could be option for displaying static values for each of the boxes.

If you have a PR for this feature, I would be happy to merge it.
