Update the component guide with all the changes introduced in the `oscd-components` generator script

To name an example of a change that is not documented yet:

• A script called "component:readme" was introduced here which helps automating the README file generation for all oscd-components. This component relies on populating properly the INTRO.md and EXAMPLE.md files, plus having every property documented in the typedoc area (above @customElement('component') declaration)
