V2 OpenLandMap

We are in process of migrating OpenLandMap to STAC / adding new lawyers. The major updates include:

• Provide links to STAC.openlandmap.org and simple instructions to users to seamlessly load layers to QGIS;
• Add functionality for displaying large point datasets e.g. best by using the .mbtiles files i.e. cloud-optimized vectors;
• Add map slider functionality;
• Improve 3D viewing functionality based on using Cesium;
• Add number of additional layers (at 30m, 100m, 250m and 1km) and tidy up file names so they are consistent across the system;
• Update the OpenLandMap API (api.openlandmap.org) and OpenLandMap Geonode (maps.openlandmap.org) / remove any orphaned files & functionality;
