Add autocompletes for Switzerland

Events for Switzerland can be scraped, so the search engine should reflect this by proposing Swiss locations.

@TimotF I'm not sure how much along you are, and I have to date never attempted to run the frontend 🙂 but I'm happy to help complete this.

A full list of Swiss cantons is here: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canton_(Suisse). Workshops are mostly only held in a handful of cantons (GE, VD, FR, BE, ZH, BS).

Another way to segment the country is its four linguistic regions: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Languages_of_Switzerland. Workshops are only held in two (Romandie and Deutschschweiz). OSM though doesn't return this information so perhaps it's best to stick to cantons.

The frontend could restrict the search to just the cantons (and in France, the departments) where there are scheduled workshops - but perhaps this is a feature to implement separately.
