add clarification on being not official mobbin cli

For the "not official Mobbin CLI" clarification — heads up that there's currently no affiliation/disclaimer text anywhere in the repo. A code search for affiliated/unofficial/disclaimer/trademark returns nothing, so this is a net-new addition rather than an edit to existing wording.

If the goal is for the clarification to actually be seen (not just live in the README), the "Mobbin" name surfaces in a few spots that each get read in different contexts:

• README.md — the # Mobbin CLI H1 and the centered blurb right under it are the natural home for a one-line note like "Community project — not affiliated with or endorsed by Mobbin."
• package.json — the description ("Local Mobbin visual-search CLI…"), the mobbin keyword, and the published name @opencoredev/mobbin-cli are what render on the npm page, which is where most people land before ever seeing the README.
• skills/mobbin-cli/SKILL.md — this gets installed globally into agents via npx skills add opencoredev/mobbin-cli@mobbin-cli, so its description carries the branding into other tools too.

Worth noting for whoever picks this up: the CLI integrates with real Mobbin services (mobbin login uses Mobbin OAuth, and searches hit https://api.mobbin.com/mcp plus the /v1/{screens,flows,sections}/search REST endpoints per the Auth Model section). So the disclaimer probably wants to name those integrations as third-party usage rather than imply an official relationship.

The repo is MIT-licensed with no NOTICE/trademark section, so this looks like a docs/metadata copy change with no code involved.
