Interactive Mode Settings dialog: add a dropdown list to get a quick access to IDs

In the Interactive Mode Settings dialog, it would be good to have a dropdown list of the IDs for the Value field in the Model parameters tab, as well as the X value and Y value fields in the Plots tab. By having those, the user could quickly specify an ID... or still write an algebraic equation.
