That makes docs_document the actual progress tracker — the thing whose absence is why there was no task list. Article list is in out/ia-proposal-build-your-menu.md §4.
Do not create one GitHub issue per article. Article state lives in the registry; this repo's issues are for project work only (CLAUDE.md's 'second home' warning applies to status as much as to bodies).
