Xcode 8 does not support plug-ins

Now that Xcode 8 doesn't support plug-ins, could it be possible to convert this useful tool into a standalone app?

I confirm that Xcode 8 doesn't load this plugin as every other one

nothing since sept 2016. It looks like onesky has abandoned this project...
