First I want to thank you for this great extension !
I'm on Mac High Sierra and I have a slight issue.
I've used pdftk for a while (I have the 2.02 version) but when I use your extension I keep getting a message telling me that it's not installed. Therefore I can't have a combined pdf.
I suppose I need to move my pdftk folder to another location so it can be detected, but I'm not sure where it should be.
Any suggestion?
