Mikko working on a model for data inheritance implemented a nice test UI for it:

He has many ideas on possible layout techniques/helpers and will be one of the person I hope to bounce ideas with when (hopefully) in the 1.93.x series of releases I can tackle more layout stuff.

This looks very nice! Can you share the style colors? And how did you do the nice asset browser icons for the asset files?

The style colors are on ImGuiThemes as graphite_dark.
and the asset icons are a ImGui image thats created from my renderer. so we make a scene, then render a frame of the scene, then copy it back to the CPU to make a in memory copy, then save it to disk, and use it just like an image.
Then the icon in the corner is the asset types icon.

each grid tile itself is a custom componenet useing a few squares and 3 lines for the border.

and some text, and a name, Theres also in place renameing.

Add some transitions in ImGenie :
