From 4b30f1ced56d93bf044767312a0ef5aeeba89829 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Claude Date: Tue, 20 Oct 2026 02:02:50 +0000 Subject: [PATCH 1/2] fix(scan): normalize separators before prompt-injection matching Readers drop default-ignorable code points (soft hyphen, zero-width and bidi controls) and render U+0085 and U+FFFD as breaks, so an injection split by them slipped past the raw-text regexes. The injection rules now run on the text with those separators spaced out and with ignorables both stripped and spaced.
