Subject: [PATCH] chore(train): list gha-local-runners in the example
 repositories

gha-local-runners has CI with the shared Gate since 15/10/2026, so its
pull requests can be merged by the shared train like those of the other
repositories. The installed list was updated on the desktop; the example
keeps the same repositories.
