ai.kinlab/kin: semantic code retrieval over a graph

Kin published to the registry today as ai.kinlab/kin. It answers repository questions from a semantic graph of entities, relationships, changes, and provenance instead of raw file search: locate a symbol by meaning, pull a context pack around it, trace data flow across files, and measure what a change touches before it merges.

It runs locally over stdio:
