Add new examples recommendation in `CONTRIBUTING.md`

Currently CONTRIBUTING.md contains some examples for contributors to get started, it will be good if we are able to add more example recommendations in CONTRIBUTING.md
Note - You only have to add the example recommendation, not the whole example for this issue
