Feature Request: Automated Sprint Dashboard Generation in Time Huddle

Summary

Create an automated Sprint Dashboard system within Time Huddle that generates two dashboards for every Scrum team and every sprint, eliminating the need for manually creating reports. The dashboards should follow the existing Medical Informatics Engineering branding, color palette, and layout demonstrated in the attached examples.

Background

Sprint dashboards are currently generated manually after each sprint for:

• Sprint Retrospectives
• Scrum Teams
• Leadership Reviews
• Operations Decks
• Board / Serent Reporting

Doug requested that this functionality be built directly into Time Huddle so that dashboards are generated automatically and are always available.

Dashboard Requirements

For every team and every sprint, automatically generate:

1. Team Overview Dashboard

The executive dashboard shows overall sprint health similar to the attached example.

Should include:

• Sprint Status
• Sprint Metrics

• Burndown Chart
• Story Points
• Velocity
• Completion %
• Remaining Work

Generate a second dashboard showing individual contributor workload similar to the attached example.

• Feature/Bug/Task Breakdown
• Priority Breakdown
• Individual Status Breakdown
• Team Totals
• Sprint Summary

This dashboard is intended for:

• Retrospectives

The system should automatically support every Scrum team, including future teams.
