persisting sizing preferences

This is admittedly a minor gripe. As it is I have to often maximize, drag a file and then resize bottom pane to see more details. I would prefer if my sizing preferences can be maintained across launches. I use a laptop with a smallish screen and no external monitor. So it gets tedious.

If this can be considered in a future release it'd be much appreciated.

Putting this one on the back burner for now since this one may not be possible until WebView plays better with XAML.

Right now we have to rely on JS for resizing and that is not easily saved and set by c# so once the WebView issue is fixed then I can utilize the draggable html tag. I plan on doing this to enable column reordering and eventually using it for the resizing.
