Acquisition goes wrong when using stage scan

When using stage scan, the acquistion goes wrong in three places:

1. In the first slice, piezo is defocused.
2. Approximately in the middle of the stack, the stage seems to get shifted in the opposite direction of the scan.
3. After the acquisition, when switching on live mode, the piezo seems to have returned to the origin position.
