Hi, I'm running the game on Wine (so it uses your line-drawing fixes, possibly relevant).
The Americans were eliminated from the game but I'm fairly sure I was using my newfound diplomatic powers (seeing the lines) to cautiously pay attention to what they were up to - and it's very possible they were the last to be clicked on (or were involved with the last, eg in a MA). Point being, I'm saying all that because I suspect accessing the foreign advisor after their defeat is what caused the crash (or more accurately a freeze, but UB is UB).
If I find an easy repro I'll add some details here and possibly a save ; if I get time I'll even try to fix it - for now posting this here, both to document the issue and as a reminder to one day fix it. :-)
Thanks for the amazing patch BTW, at first I was afraid that maybe it changes a bit too many things, but now I wonder why I even bothered playing without it haha.
