Empty lines of MATLAB code

This includes one rule:

• Avoid empty %[text] lines to prevent unwanted spacing

I find that this does not stop it from creating empty lines that result in empty lines of MATLAB code. Please add one more rule:

• Avoid any empty lines to prevent unwanted empty lines of MATLAB Code

I tried it and this really helps.
