In order to use Flask and tilesets-cli together as it stands we'd have to downgrade Flask from 3.x all the was down to 2.5, which would not be ideal:
flask 3.0.3 depends on click>=8.1.3
mapbox-tilesets 1.11.1 depends on click~=8.0.2
We had actually had mapbox-tilesets installed and working fine on >8.1.3 of click before trying to deploy and finding this conflict.
