App not opening after installing (FIXED)

I have net 8 downloaded

I fixed it executing this on powershell:

Set-Service -Name FontCache -StartupType Automatic
Start-Service -Name FontCache

Set-Service -Name FontCache3.0.0.0 -StartupType Automatic
Start-Service -Name FontCache3.0.0.0

Set-Service -Name WerSvc -StartupType Manual
Start-Service -Name WerSvc
