Vanovel plugin only loads the latest 100 chapters

Steps To Reproduce

Every novel only shows the latest 100 chapters in LNReader, while the Vanovel website contains all chapters.

Expected Behavior

The plugin should load all chapter pages and display the complete chapter list available on the Vanovel website.

Actual Behavior

The plugin only loads the first chapter page (100 chapters). The Vanovel website uses multiple pages for the chapter list, but the plugin does not load the remaining pages.
