[BUG] ComfyStream UI WebRTC segments can be misrouted

Describe the bug

When streaming the same workflow concurrently using two instances of ComfyStream UI the video segments can be mixed up

To Reproduce

1. Launch ComfyUI / ComfyStream server on a remote host
2. Launch two ComfyStream UI sessions
3. Start two streams with noticeably different videos
4. Observe video segments mis-routed between each ComfyStream UI session

Expected behavior

ComfyStream Server / UI should establish a unique session for each WebRTC stream and tag frames with stream identifier

#85 adds token gating for playback on a new get endpoint /api/stream?token=. We can improve the authentication by sending token with a request header
