Multi Controlnet with TorchCompile stopped working on runpod

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch livepeer template on Runpod
2. Run a workflow with 2 controlnets using ConditioningConcat node
3. Observe that only one of the controlnets is applied

The expectation is that multiple controlnets are applied
