Add a "save settings" button

I genuinely don't know how the site is able to save my default region preferences by just... typing them in and then leaving the page.
This is more of a UX request, a simple save button would make it clear(er) that the settings are being saved

I agree, I found it a bit confusing the first time I opened Settings and spent some time searching for the button.

Another alternative would be to show some kind of message or icon indicating that it has been saved. Like when changing settings on the https://github.com/settings/appearance page
