epic: kube-bind & PlatfromMesh integration

Demo Objective

We want to have kube-bind as a provider in the Platform Mesh (platform-mesh.io).
This means users in PM can add kube-bind as provider and enable it to be running in their account.

Demo Steps

1. Allow to add kube-bind to account
2. Automatically allow to create bindings with external workload clusters with their account
3. Allow auto-contract generation for other services in pm (httpbin to start with)

Action Items

• Scope of the current demo is necessary to fit in the prototype boundaries
• Contribute to the final demo script and recording
