Subject: [PATCH] chore: raise the Node pin to 22.23.4

Latest patch in the 22 LTS line. The pin has to stay (Pages ignores
NODE_VERSION and falls back to its image default 22.16.0, which Astro 7.4
refuses), so keep it current: 22.23.4 also clears the >=22.23.4 floor
that Astro 7.4.2 introduced.
