"Module: command not found"

Following the advice on http://docs.jade.ac.uk/en/latest/cuda.html I tried to find the cuda version using:
module avail cuda

This does not work and I get error message:

module: command not found

[wongsinglam]

I also met this problem when I use integrated terminal in VSCode and it happens every time. But It works fine when I use the other terminal.
