[Bug]: wrong bech32 only logged in console, but still accepted

Bug description

Using address with wrong bech32 is not shown as error to the user

Expected behavior

The address field should probably red and the error should be displayed somewhere and it shouldn't be possible to send funds to an address with wrong hrp
