From 212b3b5c3acf9315cc52e97c993a7cad2b1393bb Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Nikolay Petrov Date: Fri, 23 Oct 2026 16:13:31 -0700 Subject: [PATCH] ci: run the test matrix and package-smoke only after static passes A PR that fails lint stopped at static still took six pool runners for the test matrix and package-smoke. windows-smoke stays ungated so no needs: chain spans the pool and windows-latest queues.
