LUI pattern does not match, and might need to be updated

I'm submitting a paper and need to cite the SRA data using the identifiers generated for the three SRA Experiments for PRJNA1090878 (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/PRJNA1090878)

1)Genome sequencing for Vermillion Snapper

1 PACBIO_SMRT (Revio) run: 6.4M spots, 87.9G bases, 30.5Gb downloads
Accession: SRX29472061

2)Genome sequencing for Vermillion Snapper
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq X) run: 234.4M spots, 69.8G bases, 23Gb downloads
Accession: SRX29472060

3)Genome sequencing for Vermillion Snapper
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq X) run: 328.7M spots, 90.4G bases, 35.1Gb downloads
Accession: SRX29472059

However, when I add the URL link to identifiers.org UR, a new window pops up saying:

Match with prefix insdc.sra
However, the LUI pattern does not match, and might need to be updated. Please contact us using the feedback button above.

Could you provide any guidance on how to proceed?

Thank you for bringing out this issue. I think these are the links you need:

I guess there are two problems here confusing our converter:

• NCBI page using the same url endpoint for individual SRAs and SRAs under a specific project
  • https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/PRJNA1090878
  • https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra/SRX29472061
• The other problem are the SRAs URLs with the unnecessary [accn] at the end

I don't think we want to change the pattern to include the accn suffix, so I will look into changing the converter to account for these.
