[Feature] Add setting "disabledLanguages" string[] to disable specific languages

I love this jack-of-all-trades kind of project, but other extensions that focus on one language's syntax highlighting are sometimes better. Unfortunately, it seems EdwinKofler.vscode-assorted-languages takes priority, overriding syntax highlighting.

For instance, BlueGlassBlock.better-json5 and KatjanaKosic.vscode-json5 make JSON5 object keys a different color than strings which I find helpful. Meanwhile, EdwinKofler.vscode-assorted-languages makes keys and strings the same color.

Semi-Off-Topic:
Better JSON5 sets the Property Key color to a light blue. The Dark 2026 theme sets string values to the same color. This specific occurrence is unrelated to Assorted Languages, but I thought I'd mention it, anyway, so others who come here know about it.
