Markdown import/export & paste support in Document editor (v0.6.501)

Hi Huly team,

First of all, thank you for the great project — I’ve been testing the self-hosted version (v0.6.501) and really appreciate the direction it’s taking.

While exploring the Document feature, I ran into a few limitations related to Markdown handling:

❓ Issues observed:

1. I couldn’t find a way to import a .md file into a document
2. There doesn't seem to be an option to export a document as a raw Markdown file
3. When I paste Markdown-formatted content (e.g. # heading, - list) into the editor, it gets inserted as plain text and doesn’t auto-format or parse into blocks

🤔 My questions:

• Are these limitations expected in the current version, or am I missing something in the configuration?
• Is there any plan to support basic Markdown import/export or paste-parsing in the future?

If these features are not on the immediate roadmap, I’d be happy to explore implementing them and contributing a PR — would really appreciate any pointers or direction on how the document editor is structured internally, and where best to start.

Markdown paste is supported: #8618 landed while the version was 0.7.75, so it is not part of v0.6.501. Plain-text Markdown pasted into the editor is converted into headings, lists, tables and so on; #10688 later fixed Markdown links in pasted tables. For bulk imports, use Unified Import Format, which imports a folder of Markdown files as teamspace documents (see dev/import-tool/docs/huly/README.md). "Copy as Markdown" (#10090) is registered for Cards and controlled documents, not regular documents. Still missing: uploading a single .md file as a document in the UI.

Note: this repository is frozen; development continues in Platform-Collective/platform (see the README).
