Better events

Currently members are not notified when they are added to an event as a participant. Also, the participated event does not show up on the personal planner page. It is however visible in the team planner page. Furthermore, I believe the members who are added as participants should have the option to participate or not.

Part of this has changed since the thread was opened. When you add someone as a participant, they now get their own copy of the event in their calendar (#6761). Inbox notifications ("Meeting scheduled", rescheduled, canceled) were added in #8630 and #8964, but they are only sent for meetings, not for plain events. Still missing: a notification when you are added to a regular event, and an RSVP option (accept/decline) for participants.
