Learning area: social learnings

Some new area to be considered in learnings:

- Creation of shared questioning to enable discussions
- People (Expert) sharing skill, in informal discussions
- inter-project questioning regarding their projects
- Sharing of learning post event with people interaction
- Introduction of participants with topic related questions
