We need to offboard aj price from the project.

Dependencies

• ER: Update Project Profile: Access the Data website#6018
• New PM needs to take over the repo and V1

Onboard Checklist

• Remove from access-the-data-leads Slack channel (may need to ask them to leave if you do not have Slack admin privileges)
• Calendaring
  • Remove active team labels in AtD Contacts
  • Remove from Google calendar invites
• Move to "previous contributors" on team page on Wiki
• Change permissions on Google Drive to "Viewer"
• Change roster status to "inactive"
• GitHub
  • Demote to member on write team
  • Demote to member on read vault
  • Unassign from any current issues and move newly unassigned issues to the backlog
  • Remove from the leadership team list
• Demote to viewer on Figma
• Send name and email to Admin on Slack and ask to have them removed from the Access the Data and Zoom 1Password vaults
• Remove their personal email address from the AtD email forwarder
• Remove Facebook role assignment
• Update the AtD HfLA page team with this issue template
• Email them the 'Thank you for Access the Data' message

How to send the 'Thank you from Access the Data' email:

• Log into the access the data gmail account
• Click 'compose'; this will open a new email
• Click the ellipses on the lower right hand side (the three dots)
• Hover over 'templates'
• Click 'Thank you from Access the Data'
• Find the offboarded party's email in the roster and add it to the recipient bar
• Send

Because this project will be going on-hold and there will be no PM to hand credentials off to, I will keep my admin access until there is another PM to hand them off to.
