Issue with openeuler source returning 404

Currently the openeuler REST source supplies some vulnerability IDs via their all.json, but some records return 404 when we try to retrieve them.

E.g.

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble.

The publication issue has now been fixed on our side. We have rechecked the current all.json, and all 8,075 listed IDs now have corresponding archive files.

The CVSS and empty-range issues reported separately have also been corrected in the current feed. During verification, we noticed that these corrections, along with some other historical updates, do not yet appear to have been picked up by the importer. For example, OESA-2021-1001 has an upstream modified timestamp of August 6, 2026, while the current OSV record still appears to be the older version.

Now that the missing files have been restored, would it be possible to trigger a one-time full reimport for the openeuler source?
