Feature: add "blame" button in overview of a commit #8

When looking on the overview page of a commit, it would be useful to add a "blame" button next to the "history" button. So that one can directly jump to the "blame" page, without first loading the commit revision details ("view file @ ...").

This should be easy to add at the page for "repository/commits/hash".
