Subject: [PATCH] Remove unsupported Spring Boot versions from test matrix

Removed 2.4.13, 2.5.15, 2.6.15, and 2.7.0 since they do not officially support JDK 21 (the CI runs on Java 21). Kept 2.7.18, the first 2.7.x release with official Java 21 support.
