Prefix for commands

Other extensions introduce their commands with their name a prefix, like:

Python: Select Interpreter
Dev Container: Install Docker

Only VS Codes own commands are without a prefix.

I would suggest adding a prefix like

codfsh: Run Sushi
codfsh: Run Sushi and Hapi on all Files

This would make it easier to know that these belong to this extension and also to find all commands that belong to it.
