You are distributing an SDK that is basically non-redistributable (and non-sublicensable) and paragraph 2(d) explicitly forbids combining with source-disclosure (copyleft) licenses... Why bother distributing the SDK?
And I'm not talking about paragraph 5 that assigns Garmin ownership of modifications. The SDK cannot be used in any non commercial project.
Is it the intention? If not, why not putting the SDK under an Apache license? It seems like wasted efforts to me, but maybe I'm missing something.
The format is completely documented so we can easily implement our own parsers/decoders anyway. I don't get it.
