Corrupted labels on X axis when they are rotated

Problem

It seems to be corrupted rotation for labels on X axis.

These labels are labels for axis but they are TOO DISTANT from X axe and some cases they cannot be recognized as labels.
(Some of them can be cut out by figure boundary!!)
For the reproduction, set FigConfig.font.size to 13 or greater and FigConfig.label.rotate to true.
